The Social Services Home for Adults in Borský Svätý Jur is a public contracting authority pursuant to Section 7(1) of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act").
