1. Strategic vision
The vision of the Home is to be a modern organization supporting the independence and all-round development of social service recipients in an aesthetic and stimulating environment. The Home motivates its employees through meaningful work organization and supports their professional education.
2. Mission
The mission of the Social Services Home for Adults in Borský Svätý Jur is to provide social services in accordance with the Act on Social Services as part of the social policy of the higher territorial unit - the Trnava Self-Governing Region (TTSK).
3. Values
It is important for employees and clients to feel good at the Home, to be valuable members of the team, to tolerate each other and to communicate with each other openly, politely and with respect. Good relationships and a positive attitude are an important part of everyday life at DSS. Creating a pleasant environment, mutual helpfulness, consideration, cohesion and cooperation are key values for everyone.
4. Strategic objectives are the objectives of the DSS for the period 2024 - 2027, which were approved by management on January 17, 2024.
Create conditions for maintaining and improving the quality of services provided in accordance with international and national standards in the field of respect for human rights and freedoms
To develop the independence and activation of recipients of social services with the aim of their social inclusion in society
Maintain and increase the level of services provided in all departments, support employee motivation and ensure their continuous education.
To create a pleasant and stimulating environment in the Home so that good relationships can develop between employees, recipients of social services, their relatives and the community.
5. Strategy - The strategic goals are derived from the sub-goals for each year, which form gradual steps towards fulfilling the vision. They express the specific steps that we plan to take in a particular year at the level of quality management, work with social service recipients, their relatives and employees, and specific proposals for improvements in individual sections of the DSS.
6. The social service provision plan includes employee work schedules, activity and activity plans.
Employee activity schedules are developed for each job position in each department and their compliance is monitored by senior employees.
Activity plans – when carrying out work activities and activities with beneficiaries, plans are used in all departments according to which employees proceed in performing their work.
