Employee skills development

The Office of Labor, Social Affairs and Family supported our project, within which we implemented training for our employees in the areas of:

• Basal stimulation (basic and advanced course) for professional employees from the health and social sector

• Snoezelen method for social workers

• Leadership and emotional intelligence of a leader for organizational management

Nowadays, it is necessary to constantly educate ourselves in order to improve ourselves. The training courses implemented aim to increase the quality of care provided, introduce new working methods, better understand beneficiaries and employees, and support their potential for their own development and the development of our organization.
